My name is Angela Delgado and ever since I was a little girl, I knew I wanted to be a baker. When I was nine years old, my baking journey truly began. I spent hours watching cooking and baking shows like Cupcake Wars, dreaming of the day I'd have my own bakery.

My dad saw that spark in me and encouraged it in every way he could. He'd take me to every cupcake shop and bakery in town, and together we'd rate them like we were real judges. Those moments became some of my sweetest memories to this day.

After my dad passed away, I promised myself that I'd make our dream come true. That's how One Big Bite was born: a bakery built from love, memories, and a lifelong passion for creating something sweet.

My hope is that One Big Bite inspires another little girl with a big dream and an even bigger sweet tooth to believe that she can do it too. One cookie and one big bite at a time.
